How we protect your business's and your customers' data, in plain language.
Encrypted connection
All communication with Rvoo, from your booking page to your calendar, happens exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS (SSL/TLS) connection. The details your customers enter never travel unencrypted.
GDPR-compliant consent
The booking form asks customers for separate, un-preticked consents:
- Appointment communication: the customer consents to receiving emails strictly about their request.
- Marketing (optional): a fully separate checkbox, always off by default. Without it, the customer never receives promotional messages.
We also use a cookie-consent banner: non-essential cookies are only enabled if you allow them.
Verification and abuse protection
- Email verification:every appointment request is confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to the customer's email, fake bookings never reach your schedule.
- Bot protection: the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Disposable-email blocking: throwaway addresses are rejected automatically.
Your data stays yours
- Your client list is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
- We never store credit-card details, payments run through a certified payment provider.
- You can request an export or permanent deletion of your data at any time via info@rvoo.gr.
