Clients
Client details, notification history, documents, and tags.
The Clients list (/clients) collects everyone who's booked an
appointment with you or been added manually, either from here or from the
new-appointment modal in Calendar & appointments.
Client page
- Details: name, phone, email, locations.
- Notification history: every email sent to this client (booking confirmation, time change, cancellation), with the real subject line. It's the first thing to check if a client claims they never received something.
- Documents: you can upload files.
- Tags: see Tags for organizing clients into categories.
- Session Packages (Standard plan and above): sell a client a pre-paid bundle of sessions and charge appointments against it. See Session Packages for details.
- Visit Notes: a chronological list of every note you've recorded on this client's past appointments, most recent first. Click any entry to edit it directly, without needing to open the appointment itself.
Documents are encrypted before they ever reach us
Every client document is encrypted on your device before upload, not on our server: not even we can read its contents.
