Account status
What the "trial ended" and "account inactive" pages mean, and how they differ.
Two different pages might show up if something isn't "normal" with your account, and they don't mean the same thing.
My trial ended
If your 14-day free trial ends without you picking a plan, you'll see a page guiding you to choose a subscription to continue. This is entirely about your plan, not a problem with your account. Your data (clients, appointments, settings) stays untouched while you haven't picked a plan, you just can't keep using it until you do.
My account isn't active
This is a separate status from the trial: it shows up when your organization has been suspended, regardless of whether you have an active plan or not. If you see this message but believe your account should be active, contact us, it isn't something that resolves itself from your side.
