Settings

All 8 settings tabs, from subscription to online booking.

Settings (/settings?section=...) has 8 tabs:

Subscription

Current plan, this period's usage, plan changes. See Billing & plan upgrade for details.

Team

Invite new members with an email and a role. The current member is marked "You" next to their role.

Business

Business details (name, contact info, logo), the same details you filled in during sign-up. You can change them freely any time.

Calendar, Appointments, Region

Timezone (with a live clock next to the picker, so you can confirm right away you chose the right one), date/time format, and optional appointment display fields (e.g. location, available on the Pro plan).

Notifications

Two separate levels of control live here:

  • SMS/Email reminders: on/off, message template, and how many days before the appointment they're sent.
  • Appointment notifications: three separate settings, one per event ("On created," "On reschedule," "On cancel"), each with three options: "Auto-send" (the default, the email goes out without you doing anything), "Ask before sending" (prompts you every time before sending), or "Don't send" (never sends an automatic email for that event).

Good to know about reminders

SMS/Email reminders only send during your working hours, and each appointment gets at most one reminder per channel (email or SMS), so a customer won't wonder why a reminder didn't arrive at a specific moment.

Online booking

All the settings that determine how your public booking page behaves live here:

  • Enable online booking: the main on/off toggle.
  • URL slug: the unique part of your link (rvoo.gr/book/your-slug).
  • Minimum advance notice (hours) and Accept bookings up to (days): how soon or how far into the future a customer can book. See The public booking page for how these shape the customer's experience.
  • Auto-confirm bookings: when on, requests whose time matches real availability confirm instantly, without going through the Booking requests list for manual approval.
  • Delete booking page: an irreversible action with confirmation, if you want to remove the page entirely instead of just disabling it. Unlike the on/off toggle, this can't be undone.

Disable, don't deactivate staff/services

If you need to pause online bookings temporarily (vacation, a day off, fully booked), use the enable toggle here instead of deactivating your only staff member or service: that way the customer sees a clear message instead of an empty selection list. See Staff & availability and Services.
