Getting started with Rvoo
From sign-up to a live booking page, the dashboard's 4-step checklist.
After you sign up and fill in your business profile, the Dashboard
(/dashboard) shows a "Get started" checklist with 4 steps. You don't have
to do them in the order shown, but your booking page isn't reachable by
customers until the last one is done. If you navigate away from the
Dashboard, you can always get back to it from "Dashboard" in the sidebar.
Your business profile
Before you reach the checklist, you fill in your business's basic details. The business email is pre-filled with your account's email (you can change it). Details you don't need right away, like the legal name, contact name, address, and logo, are tucked behind "More details (optional)" so the first form stays short. You can fill those in later from Settings.
Add a service
In Services (/event-types) → New service: name, duration (with
presets for common lengths), a calendar color, and two toggles, Active
and Show on booking form.
Add a staff member
In Staff (/staff) → New member: name, email, phone, calendar
color, and the same two toggles (Active / Show on booking form). If you
work alone, this step is optional. See
Staff & availability for what changes on the
public page when no staff member is on record at all.
Set working hours
On each staff member's page, Availability tab: switch from "Open calendar" (always available) to "Set schedule" to reveal ready-made presets (Mon-Fri 9-5, split shift, weekends only) that pre-check the right days and hours, ready to save without further tweaking. You can of course adjust them before saving.
Activate your booking page
In Settings → Online Booking (/settings?section=booking), turn on
"Enable online booking" and pick a slug for your URL. The field
suggests a slug automatically based on your business name, transliterating
Greek characters into Latin ones if needed, and you can edit it before
saving.
Once saved, the dashboard replaces the checklist with a copy-link button and a form preview.
Check what your customer will see
Once you activate your booking page, open the preview and confirm the service and staff member you just created actually show up. If they don't, see the FAQ below: the most likely cause is the visibility toggle, not a problem with the setup itself.
Your free trial
Picking a plan doesn't require a payment card to get started. The trial lasts 14 days, and you'll get an email before it ends, so a charge is never a surprise. If you see features marked "Coming soon" on the Pro plan (e.g. Google Calendar sync), those are planned but not active yet, not something you're being charged for without having it.
