How the email/SMS notification system works and what each "unsubscribe" actually means.

Rvoo sends three different categories of messages to your customers, and each has its own unsubscribe rules:

Transactional emails are tied directly to the customer's own appointment; see Settings for how to control whether they send automatically or wait for your confirmation first. Reminders have their own unsubscribe link: if a customer uses it, only reminders stop, not transactional emails. Marketing messages have entirely separate consent and unsubscribe link, see Marketing campaigns.

In other words, a customer can unsubscribe from reminders while still getting appointment confirmations, or unsubscribe from marketing without affecting anything else. The three categories aren't linked.

Every notification sent is logged in the "Notification history" of the relevant client or appointment, with the real email subject line.
