Adding a staff member (/staff)
New member: name, email, phone, calendar color, and two toggles, Active and Show on booking form (same starting logic as services, see Services). The color you pick is what you'll see on the Calendar to tell everyone's appointments apart at a glance.
Working hours
On each member's Availability tab, choose "Set schedule" instead of "Open calendar" to set specific hours. Three presets (Mon-Fri 9-5, split shift, weekends only) pre-check the right days and hours; you can adjust them after picking one, they're not locked in.
Appointment stats
Each member's page shows a panel with counts of completed, cancelled, and no-show appointments, updated in real time as you change appointment status in Calendar & appointments. Useful for spotting quickly if someone has frequent cancellations or no-shows.
Deactivating a staff member
Deactivating a staff member leaves their appointment history and stats untouched; they only disappear from the public booking page's selection step. You can reactivate them later without losing anything.
If it's your only active staff member
If you deactivate your only active staff member (e.g. you work alone and you're taking time off), customers will see an empty selection step on the public page. To pause bookings for a period, prefer the "Enable online booking" toggle in Settings instead: it shows the customer a clear message rather than an empty list.
