plan and cover 3 types: Google review requests, win-back for inactive
clients, and birthday greetings. See

Setting up a review-request campaign
Configure the review link, the delay after the appointment, and enable the Email/SMS channels independently. You can send yourself a test message before turning it on, so you see exactly what the customer will get.
Consent-only sends
Marketing messages only go to clients who gave explicit consent when booking and haven't unsubscribed. This is enforced automatically, you don't need to check it manually before enabling a campaign.
The campaign SMS limit
Marketing campaigns can use at most 80% of your plan's monthly SMS limit. The remaining 20% always stays reserved for appointment reminders, so an active campaign can never eat the entire SMS budget your customers depend on for their own appointments. If a campaign hits this limit, its messages stop sending until the monthly quota resets or you upgrade plans.
