Marketing campaigns (Pro)
Automated review-request, win-back, and birthday campaigns.
Marketing campaigns (/marketing) are available only on the Pro
plan and cover 3 types: Google review requests, win-back for inactive
clients, and birthday greetings. See

Not available to medical practices
Marketing campaigns aren't available to businesses with the "Medical practice" business type, regardless of plan, per the Greek Code of Medical Ethics (Ν. 3418/2005). The Marketing section is automatically hidden from the menu for these businesses.
Configuring and test-sending campaigns is admin-only: the Marketing menu item doesn't appear at all for a linked staff member. See Roles & permissions.
Setting up a review-request campaign
Configure the review link, the delay after the appointment, and enable the Email/SMS channels independently. You can send yourself a test message before turning it on, so you see exactly what the customer will get.
Consent-only sends
Marketing messages only go to clients who gave explicit consent when booking and haven't unsubscribed. This is enforced automatically, you don't need to check it manually before enabling a campaign.
The campaign SMS limit
Marketing campaigns can use at most 80% of your plan's monthly SMS limit. The remaining 20% always stays reserved for appointment reminders, so an active campaign can never eat the entire SMS budget your customers depend on for their own appointments. If a campaign hits this limit, its messages stop sending until the monthly quota resets or you upgrade plans.
