Tags
Organize your clients into categories with colored tags.
Tags (/tags) help you categorize clients (e.g. "VIP," "Regular,"
"Allergies"). They're shared across the whole organization: you create one
once here, then add it to as many clients as you want from each
client's page, rather than typing free text every time.
Creating a tag
Add tag: name, color, optional description. A live chip preview shows as you type. The "Clients" column in the list updates automatically and shows how many clients currently have each tag.
Deleting a tag
Deleting a tag removes it from every client
The tag is removed immediately from every client that has it, not just from the tag list. A warning message appears before you confirm, since the action can't be undone.
